Inspireworx, Inc. is an San Diego-based company that was founded in 2008.  Inspireworx founder, Dennis Baggett, spent many years working with Oracle – selling and deploying their Contact Center Anywhere software application as a hosted service.  Dennis has over 14 years of experience in the customer-service/contact center field, and was previously an executive for call centers and companies providing telecommunications and software services to call centers. 

Inspireworx engineering team has over 20 years of experience in switching, network and IP communications, including Cisco, Avaya and Microsoft certifications, and 8+ years working specifically with Oracle’s Contact Center Anywhere application.
